Private classes are taught via Livestream with teacher and student cameras/audio are turned on so conversation, feedback, and questions can so students and teacher can work easily together for guidance in your practice.

Group classes are taught via Livestream in Instructor Mode, meaning students can only see and hear the teacher and not other students.

Workshops feature small class sizes with student and teacher audio and camera on during livestream for a more socially interactive experience together.
