At Crowned Beauty Medspa we have our own Medical Directors Dr. Aloysius Fobi, MD and Dr. Jonathan Walker, DO. Dr. Fema Marie Ardiente, DNP is the Nurse Injector performing treatments. If there are questions, concerns, side effects, adverse reactions, or emergencies they must be addressed utilizing our Medical Directors and Nurse Injector who performed the treatment. All out of clinic or Alternative Provider visits are not the responsibility of Crowned Beauty Medspa or it's Medical Directors and Staff. Crowned Beauty Medspa is not responsible for any charges incurred by such visits, procedures performed, or prescriptions from out of clinic providers, emergency rooms, or urgent care clinics. You as the patient are responsible to return to Crowned Beauty Medspa to address all concerns.
