Not at all! Dance is simply one of the many tool we use to encourage connection. Our primary focus is on relationship coaching, and dance is OPTIONAL. You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level.

Afterwards, couples can engage in interactive activities, which may include guided movement, mindfulness exercises or dance inspired exercises that encourage trust an connection.
This is not a traditional dance class. It is a relationship coaching experience that sometimes includes dance movement -based exercise. The main goal is healing, communication and connection -not perfecting dance steps!

That's completely okay! The movement portion is optional and adaptable to your comfort level. There are other bonding activities available that focus on trust, communication, and emotional connection.
Yes! Individual participation are welcome. Relationship growth starts with self-awareness and we offer tools that can be applied whether you're attending alone or with a partner.
