Notices & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client and adjust our schedule accordingly.
We are happy to assist with rescheduling your appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount(with the exception of Botox by the unit).
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee of the scheduled service amount will be charged (with the exception of Botox by the unit).
*If service scheduled is for Botox by the unit, the $100 booking deposit will be kept.
Refunds
Fees for missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. These fees will be charged to the card on file.
To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. This card will be used to apply any cancellation or no-show fees as outlined in this policy. Your card information will be stored securely.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency. We will review these cases individually and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
