Is color an available service?

I am available for color services on special request basis. Specializing in fashion colors (the rainbow and beyond)


Pricing varies depending on the intricacy and how many lifts it takes to get your hair to a perfect blonde canvas.

Do you sell any product?

I unfortunately don't but am always happy to provide information towards where to obtain product. If there is a professional product that you would like, I am more than willing to order it for you. 


I may sell product in the future when I have found a line that I enjoy and feels good for everyone.


That being said, I welcome any education and suggestions that can be provided towards products that you believe would benefit the shop and others in the community. 

Do you do Up-dos and braids?

I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to up-dos or braiding but I am always willing to learn and attempt.


Simply inquire with me, present some picture examples of what you would like, and we will see what we can do

Do you Undo Matting and tangles?

I am more than willing to take my time in detangling matted hair.


Extra charges will be applied dependent on the extent of the matting and tangles

Do you take Walk-ins?

Yes! Walk-Ins are more than welcome to come and see if there is space available for a haircut.

Is your space wheelchair accessible?

As of right now, no. There is a tiny staircase of three-four steps to climb to reach the shop. I am working on being able to place in a ramp at some point to make it wheelchair accessible.

Is there a bathroom available?

Yes, when you walk into the shop, the bathroom will be located in the back room on the left. It is available for the public to use.

Accessibility and Inclusivity

Do you provide sensory-friendly appointments? What accommodations do you offer?

Yes, being a fellow neurospicy individual, I understand how overstimulating a lot of factors can be. I provide low-lighting, music at a reasonable volume, non-overwhelming scents, minimum talking if desired, breaks during the service if needed, and the ability to hold onto a fidget toy during your appointment. 


If there is any other way I can aid, assist, or help make your visit more comfortable and feel safer, please do not hesitate to let me know. 

Do you have experience with diverse hair types and textures?

I have over 7+ years of experience with many different types of hair and textures. I have not seen them all but no matter what I will take my time learning how to properly cut and style your hair. 

Can I request a quiet appointment with minimal small talk?

Of course! You are more than welcome to request that from me. I'm not the biggest fan of small talk so I understand how uncomfortable it can be.

where are the men and women's cuts?

When you're ready to book a service, you'll notice that my menu stands out from the typical hair shop. I charge based on the length of hair that is cut off, regardless of your gender, age, or hair texture. I’m proud to offer gender-neutral and gender-affirming cuts!

The biggest factor that sets me apart is my passion and pride in what I do. I'm genuinely here to support my community to the best of my abilities, and that means everyone is welcome. I want to help you because it's the people who inspire me, not the money.









Can I see examples of your work with clients?

Yes, you can, I have an online portfolio available on the site and also available on my phone if you were to inquire in person. 


My Instagram portfolio is still in the works and under construction. That will be available to view once it has been properly organized 

Is it okay if i bring reference photos?

Please do! A picture says a thousand words and it helps me understand your vision more. 

What kind of art do you showcase? Do you feature local artists?

All kinds! From deep personal art to pieces that show full expression, there is so much to look at. My collection is constantly growing, and I am always more than happy to work with local artists who would like to display their art in my shop. 

What can i expect during my visit?

When you first arrive, I might be wrapping up an appointment. If that's the case, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. Feel free to help yourself to any light refreshments, enjoy some reading from the available books, or simply unwind until I call you in for your appointment.


When I invite you into the room, go ahead and take off your jacket and any bulky hoodies that might make it tricky for a cape to fit comfortably, and place them on the sofa or any empty chairs available.


I'll then sit you down and start our consultation by asking you some questions about your hair and what you're hoping to achieve during your visit.


After that, sit back, relax, and let the magic begin.


Payment Details

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?

I provide sliding scale options. What does that mean? It means if you're facing financial challenges and need my services, I'm happy to work with you. This could involve adjusting the price to make it more affordable or even trading services, art, items, antiques, and more. Please feel free to reach out to me!





Is there anything I could do to help assist others?

If you're interested in helping me make my services more accessible, you can pay it forward by contributing any amount you'd like to support someone who is facing financial challenges. I’ll keep the funds aside until someone in need is ready to book. Thank you so much for your generosity!




Do you carry gift certificates?

At this time, I do not carry any gift certificates or gift cards.


*If you want to give someone a service from my shop as a gift, you can schedule an appointment for them and pay for it in advance. Just be sure to allow enough time for the person receiving the gift to reschedule if they can’t make the original appointment you selected.



What is your cancellation policy?

12–24-hour notice of cancellation is appreciated. No show/ No call or text, appointments will be charged 50% of the missed service upon their next visit. 

Do you accept card payments?

Unfortunately, no, I do not have a card reader available to accept card payments. 

Do you accept Venmo/ Paypal/ Apple Pay/ Cash-App?

Venmo is the only form of online payment that is accepted, although cash is preferred.

Preperation & Care

How should I prepare for my appointment?

If you are coming in for a color appointment and are getting a bleaching done, please leave your hair unwashed at least a day or two prior to your appointment. Why? The layer of oils in your hair helps protect your skin from the chemical damage of the bleach. If you freshly wash your hair the day before your appointment, you would be stripping majority of the oils which would increase the risk of damage. 

What products do you use and why?

For my color products, I use Pulp Riot and Underground Cosmetics. Both are incredible brands that are cruelty-free, vegan, and created by some amazing minds.


Pulp Riot is unapologetically accepting of all beauty ideals, self-expressions, and self-identities. They show up in a huge and bold way because to them, hair is the canvas, and their color formulas are the paint to make our hair visions come to life. Their ultimate goal is to inspire pure creativity in every single artist that their brand touches. The colors are vibrant, fade out well, and don't bleed into one another when applying or washing out.


I overall value the group and how much passion they show for our community. Not to mention the artists that create the mind-blowing art that is displayed on all of the packaging. 


For Underground Cosmetics, they have a gorgeous color line that uses Aura Glow technology. It's technology that boosts color deposit and makes all of their colors glow under the blacklight. All of the colors except their Blackout will glow under black light. 


Do you provide color aftercare instructions?

Yes, I do provide color aftercare instructions, although if you already have experience and have a pre-existing method that works for you then please trust you own intuition. I am always here to help guide if wanted.

Can I bring a support person/ stuffy/ item with me?

Of course, I more than welcome it! Your comfortability is my biggest concern, and I understand how nerve wrecking it can be to enter a new space and meet a complete stranger who you have to try and blindly trust with your hair. There will be no judgement or shame towards bringing a security item or individual.

What if I need to take breaks during my service?

Whether it is during your service or beforehand, simply let me know and we can happily provide breaks for you to help make your experience more comfortable.
