Intro to Yoga

Intro to Yoga classes provide foundational experiences for all levels. These classes focus on building awareness, understanding alignment, and experiencing postures. Intro to yoga classes move slowly through typical sequences as the instructor cues and describes the movement, breath, and alignment. No experience necessary!



Intro to Yoga - Gentle

Intro to Yoga - Gentle classes provide foundational experiences for all levels. These classes remain seated or reclined on the mat and do not include standing postures. We focus on building awareness, understanding alignment, and experiencing postures. Intro to yoga classes move slowly through typical sequences as the instructor cues and describes the movement, breath, and alignment. No experience necessary!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga classes focus on relaxation and restoring calm to our central nervous system. These classes utilize props and use seated or reclined postures that are held for longer periods of time. We focus on building comfort and creating a soothing meditative experience. These evening classes are suitable for any level practitioner and no experience necessary!


Level 1

Level 1 classes provide foundational experiences for students. These classes focus on the fundamentals while building awareness, understanding alignment, and experiencing postures. Level 1 classes move through typical sequences focusing on breath, alignment and posture. No experience necessary!



All Levels

All Levels classes build on the foundational experiences from Intro and/or Level 1 classes and are open to all levels. These classes are recommended for students who have some experience with yoga postures.





Level 2

Level 2 classes are ideal for students who have worked through Level 1 and All Levels classes and have a foundational understanding of posture, alignment, and breath. Students are encourage to adapt the class to meet their individual needs.



Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga provides opportunities to experience yoga postures while seated. We move through the breath and engage in various postures while building awareness and understanding alignment. All postures can be experienced seated and we provide options for standing postures if that is appropriate each individual. All levels are welcome in this class, no experience necessary! 


Yoga for Deep Stretching

Yoga for Deep Stretching prioritizes stretching and lengthening in our muscles. We strategically take postures and hold them for 3-5 minutes to increase flexibility. Most postures are seated or reclined on the ground. This class is great for all levels of fitness/wellness and requires no prior experience, all are welcome!
