Owner of The Marcia Hawkins Agency and Elevate Salon Studio, she incorporates all points of “let’s do this” to everything she does.

Her entrepreneurial spirit shines through as she delivers individualized client solutions through coaching, training, and consulting. As a superior public speaker, Maureen engages diverse groups, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders. Certified as a coach, trainer, and facilitator, she has created targeted programs that yield substantial client results. Whether coaching health, business, or life issues, Maureen works to bring an individualized solution and not a “one size fits all” approach. Partnering with Marcia Hawkins has opened new avenues to do what she loves best, help bring the best out in people, and create transformative solutions that elevate every area of your life.

With over 5 years of professional experience, her priority is to enhance your natural beauty, and bring out the most confident version of yourself. Offering onsite and in salon airbrush or traditional makeup techniques throughout the Pioneer Valley and beyond. Heather also offers haircuts, bridal styling, everyday styling and facial waxing services. Jill is an accomplished professional with a strong background in management, customer service, and relations. She holds a degree in her field and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Operations Manager at Elevate Salon. In addition to her role at Elevate Salon, Jill also serves as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Specialist, and Customer Service Representative at Marcia Hawkins Agency. Her dedication and passion for elevating the client experience make her an invaluable asset to the team. With a keen eye for detail, Jill takes charge of overseeing all marketing, advertisement, and creation of social media content, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence for Elevate Salon Studio. Her goal is to help create an inviting, relaxing, and positive atmosphere for all clients and employees.
