When you arrive you’ll get a tour of the studio, be able to store your belongings in our cubbies, and be introduced to your instructor. Your instructor will get you the right props and get your space set-up for class. If you any have injuries or limitations, please let them know.
What to wear/bring:
Yoga-like attire, whatever you feel comfortable in! Make sure you’ll be able to move into a variety of postures & shapes. Our classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Any props necessary will be provided at the studio. Bring a water bottle.
Respect Personal Space:
Be mindful of others' personal space throughout the class. Give ample room for everyone to move comfortably.
Silence Your Devices:
Turn off or silence your phone to avoid distractions. If you need to take a call, step out of the studio to do so.
Use Proper Equipment:
Treat the fitness equipment with care and use it as intended. Return any borrowed equipment to its designated area after use. Wipe down any equipment you've used, keep the studio clean and organized for the next class.
Keep Conversations to a Minimum:
We love working out with our friends, its fun! And we want to cultivate a welcoming & fun space, but please save lengthy conversations for before or after class. During the session, focus on the workout and be considerate of others who may be trying to concentrate. When it comes to yoga, it is a silent practice.
Listen to Your Body:
Pay attention to your body's signals. If you need to take a break or modify an exercise for your well-being, do so without feeling pressured.
