At Entity Salon, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every client. Each stylist follows the policies outlined below to ensure your satisfaction.


Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience challenges with your cut or colour:

  • Contact your stylist directly within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • Adjustments must be scheduled within 10 days of your original service and will be conducted with the same stylist.
  • No refunds are provided for services rendered due to the time and artistry involved.

Right to Refuse Service

Entity Salon and our service providers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behaviour toward any team member.


24-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Notify your stylist at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee must be paid via EMT before booking future appointments.
  • We understand life happens, we will use our discretion on a case by case basis.

Missed appointments affect everyone, so we appreciate your understanding!


Late Arrivals

Running late? Please contact your stylist. Depending on their availability:

  • Your appointment may be shortened.
  • If necessary, your stylist may reschedule your appointment.

In return, we strive to stay on schedule, but if delays arise on our end, we’ll communicate promptly, work to prioritize your rescheduling needs, and ensure we go above and beyond for the inconvenience.


Retail Product Returns

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase:

  • Products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased through your stylist must be returned directly to them.
  • Boutique items may be returned for store credit under specific conditions:
  • Full credit: Unused items returned within 14 days with a receipt.
  • 50% credit: Lightly used items (<25%) returned within 30 days with a receipt.


Final Sale Items:

Sale/discounted items

Hot tools, brushes, and hair accessories

Travel-sized or sample-sized items

Candles and cosmetics
