The reason you may be charged for canceling your nail appointment on short notice is because the appointment time was reserved specifically for you, and it is unlikely that I have enough time to fill that slot with another client.
Please cancel your appointment or make any changes via Vagaro or by calling/texting at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes to your service made within 12 hours will result in a 100% charge of your booked service to the card on file. Changes can include but aren't limited to switching from Aprés Gel-X to Luminary structured gel or requesting a polish change rather than your scheduled pedicure.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. However, your service may be shortened if I can accommodate your late arrival. If I cannot accommodate, your appointment will be cancelled and will result in a 100% charge of your booked service to the card on file.
We love your children; however, we kindly ask that you do not bring them to your appointment. One guest aged 14 and older is permitted if you wish to bring someone with you.
Yes, but this is subject to availability and must be requested ahead of time. There is a $30 after-hours fee applied to your service.
The minimum for all nail products in 2 weeks, but it is subject to change based on lifestyle and the type of nail enhancement that was applied.
If something breaks within the first 7 days, I will fix it free of charge and if I have any availability. Anything after 7 days will be have a fee. If there is a problem with the color, shape, length, etc after your appointment there will be a charge to correct anything since confirmation of satisfaction is asked during the appointment.
