Erica Wright is a seasoned hairdresser with 18 years of experience and a passion that runs deep, she has spent the last 15 years honing her craft in some of the best salons in New York City.

Throughout her career, she's had the incredible opportunity to work with renowned brands like Redken and L'oreal Professional and directly with distingueshed and famed stylists and colorists such as Jo Blackwell-Preston, Cesar Ramirez, Lori Zabel and Ruth Roche, to name a few. As a Redken color certified professional, she is not only skilled in creating stunning looks for her clients, but also has the privilege of teaching Redken's color techniques in salons across the country. You can also catch her working directly at the prestigious Redken Exchange or backstage at the Redken Symposium.

Travel has been a huge inspiration to Erica. From the vibrant streets of Berlin to the sun-soaked beaches of Jamaica, the beauty of Spain, the serenity of Switzerland, and the allure of California and Upstate new york getaways, every destination fuels her creativity. Taking fashion trends and inspiration from other parts of the world allows her to keep her clients looking fresh and up to date with the new trends while still keeping their hair looking beautiful and classic.

When shes not directly behind the chair shes still fully focused on pushing herself and her career to new heights. 

"I'm always working on developing new styles and concepts for photo shoots, as well as grounding myself in the art of facilitation for Redken. And of course, I cherish precious moments with my dog Savage, who is my world. We love exploring nature, visiting family on Long Island, and indulging in delicious meals at the table with loved ones, especially in my upper east side neighborhood.
