Once a week for 8 weeks
This is an intensive course to boost results. Can be repeated only twice a year.
Once a month (every 4 weeks)
This is the most common and recommended maintenance schedule. Keeps the face in optimal condition.
Every 5–8 weeks
This is a flexible maintenance option if monthly isn't possible. Results are
maintained, especially with facial exercises.
Once every 3 months
This is the minimum frequency to still see benefits. Clients must be consistent
with facial exercises.
