Manual Face Lift: Facial Exercises

Important Notes:

  1. The Helena Pahava Method Manual Face Lift works best when combined with regular facial exercises taught by certified practitioners.
  2. Consistency is key. Even if sessions are spaced out, exercises help maintain and prolong results.
  3. Maintenance keeps the skin lifted, toned, and refreshed over time.


Recommended Treatment Schedule:


Once a week for 8 weeks

This is an intensive course to boost results. Can be repeated only twice a year.


Once a month (every 4 weeks)

This is the most common and recommended maintenance schedule. Keeps the face in optimal condition.


Every 5–8 weeks

This is a flexible maintenance option if monthly isn't possible. Results are

maintained, especially with facial exercises.


Once every 3 months

This is the minimum frequency to still see benefits. Clients must be consistent

with facial exercises.
