Our Philosophy

We currently work with many age ranges and activity levels from beginner to advanced. 

SPIN-LIFT-YOGA and now PILATES!


Our spin classes are geared for all levels and we are one of a kind in our area. Our atmosphere & instructors are the best around and you will see that once you walk in. Our Strength classes are also geared for all levels. We focus on creating a strong body that will help us as we age as well as helping out clients get the aesthetics that they want. Remember, it's consistency that wins every time and we help guide our clients through workouts that we program. We will help with weight loss, muscle gain and overall strength and mobility. Our Yoga classes are also geared for all levels as we want to have the ability to show how cross training will help so much more than just doing cardio. Strengthening our bodies is how we see the aesthetic changes and feel better overall. We feel that we have the best combination all around for all age ranges with spin/cardio, strength & mobility. 


Add in our Infrared Sauna for recovery & your body will be feeling great.  


We also work with many of our high school sports teams with strength & team bonding. Ask us how to schedule your team to get in for strength and conditioning.
