We try to keep things short and simple here!

Cancelations: Please make sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the start time of your appointment to avoid the 50.00 Cancelation fee.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to call, text, or email us we 

charge 50% of your scheduled service. This is completely avoidable, just let us know if you can't make it and we will reschedule your appointment.

Fix Appointments: For lash services we will do a complete consultation to try to give you exactly what you are wanting, We will allow you to choose your shape, your length, and the curl of your lashes! But if they are any issues with longevity within 3 days of your appointment we are happy to fix your lashes! Fix appointments are extremely rare, but we do want to make sure you are taken care of here at Exquisite Beauty.

Returns: Product purchases can be returned if unopened within 15 days of your purchase.
