A dynamic, high-intensity workout that combines the flow of yoga with strength training exercises to build muscle, increase flexibility, and improve overall fitness. This class typically uses A mat, yoga balls, yoga blocks, weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to enhance traditional yoga poses, creating a full-body workout that targets both strength and endurance


KNOCKOUT-

 Our Kickboxing class focuses on building strength, improving endurance, all while learning effective self-defense techniques. You'll master punches, kicks, and combinations as you work through various drills and conditioning exercises. Whether you're looking to improve fitness, boost confidence, or relieve stress, this class offers a fun and challenging way to achieve your goals. All fitness levels are welcome—no experience needed! (*boxing gloves necessary!) SATURDAY ONLY
