CLASS DESCRIPTION
CIRCUIT
Full Body Circuit Training is a low impact 50-minute class that blends full body weight training with low impact cardio intervals . Designed to maximize results, this Tabata-style circuit class offers fully customizable exercises making it great for women of all fitness levels and adheres to the new menopause exercise guidelines. It includes a group warm-up, 35-minute circuit with two exercises per station, Tabata-style intervals, and a cool down with a full body stretch. Small class sizes with a fully certified personal trainer to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.

INTRO TO CIRCUIT
Intro to full body circuit is a slowed down version of the Full Body Circuit class. Longer intervals allow for time to get set up for each exercise and to learn how to do each exercise properly. This is perfect for someone that is just starting their exercise journey or hasn’t exercised in a while and wants to ease back into it.

F.I.T. 30 - FitChics in Training 30 Minutes
FIT 30 is a 30 minute muscle group focused weight training class. For example, Back Attack, Chest-Quads-Core & More, Buns & Guns, Curls & Crunches, 5x5, Butts & Guts etc.
Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 - 7pm
Saturday 9:15 - 9:45 am
GENTLE YOGA with Rebekah Murdoch
This gentle yoga class is open to anyone, any age and any body type. No previous experience is needed. Rebekah uses a combination of gentle traditional hatha yoga movement and philosophy with yoga therapeutics to help unwind from the stress of everyday life, She borrows from many different influences in the traditional and modern yoga world. Adaptations and accommodations are made for anyone to enjoy the amazing benefits of yoga asana, meditation and relaxation.

ZUMBA with Ximena Villate
Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!

Mat Pilates with ELDOA Method with Janey Walker
Improve body awareness, strength, mobility, and flexibility through Mat Pilates classes while also addressing pelvic floor issues for overall health and wellness enhancement. The postural self-normalising techniques taught within the ELDOA METHOD are designed to widen the space within a chosen articulation which in turn relieves pain. FitMom
FitMom is a 45-minute weight training circuit designed for new moms who can bring their babies along in their car seats or let them have some tummy time while mom engages in a full-body workout. The class features a supportive environment where music volume is adjusted to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for sleeping infants.

60+ Strong
The 60+ Strong class is a dynamic 45-minute session designed to enhance strength, core stability, and functional movements while promoting balance and bone health. Participants will engage in effective stretching routines to improve flexibility and overall well-being, making it an ideal choice for those looking to stay active and strong in their senior years.
