Janna Marmon, Shannon Kluth & Kim Foster



Janna, Shannon & Kim are the owners of Fit Club and are certified Level 2 REB3L Instructors. They are passionate about lifting others up, building community and overall wellness, including both mental and physical wellness. They founded Fit Club to create a space where individuals feel welcome and comfortable, no matter where they are at in their wellness journey.  When they are aren't teaching, you can find them working hard on all things Fit Club and, of course, having a good time (maybe with some twerking involved).

Crystal Thornton

Crystal has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. Her classes are always fun and sometimes make you forget you're even working out! She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. Crystal's favorite place to be is at the beach reading a good book.

Teri Keller

Teri loves pairing her professional expertise in coaching and helping people with fitness. Her passion is unleashing your inner warrior as you conquer challenges and discover hidden strengths through cycling and group fitness classes. Dare to try and you'll see—you're capable of anything!

Robyn Yoder

Robyn is a certified group fitness instructor teaching barre, TRX, cycle, lift and more. She has a passion for health and wellness. She loves helping others build a strong healthy community and recognize their strength, all while laughing and wondering where the time went.

Nicky Loveland

Nicky is a certified Cycle, Barre, and Group Fitness Instructor. She is dedicated to providing fun and challenging fitness classes that are designed based on member goals, preferences, limitations, and experience levels. She truly enjoys being a part of your day and loves getting a great sweat session in together!

Adrienne Jadwinski

Adrienne has been a POUND Pro since 2017 and is also certified in POUND Unplugged. In addition to POUND, she is an aerial circus instructor and performer and also works with a boxing program that is dedicated to working with individuals who have Parkinson's Disease. She is passionate about lifting people's spirits and being your biggest cheerleader.

Brooke VanderWeit

Brooke seamlessly integrates her diverse expertise in nutrition, education, fitness and holistic health into her yoga instruction. Specializing in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, Brooke is dedicated to making yoga accessible to all, crafting dynamic sessions that flow between sequences, sun salutations, core work, balance &restorative poses.

Yesi Torres

Yessenia (Yesi) is a REB3L Groove and Strength instructor. She discovered her passion in health and fitness when she began her own journey. This passion is centered in sharing the REB3L format with people she could relate to; those who were fairly new to the fitness world and those who were intimidated by a gym setting. She is currently working on other certifications and her goal is to expand her knowledge to better serve her class attendees.

Alanna Tillinghast

Alanna has always been active and has been engaged in sports and fitness classes throughout her life. In 2022, she discovered REB3L and instantly loved its energy. By 2023, she became a certified REB3L Groove & Strength instructor. Now she is excited to share her lifelong fitness journey and REB3L enthusiasm with you. Whether you're just starting out or you’re a fitness pro, she’s here to help you reach your goals & have a blast doing it!

AndiJohnson

Andi began her yoga teaching journey in 2003 and has a fun yet practical approach to her instruction, always encouraging her students to practice “what works best” for their current needs. Andi teaches the benefits of moving through poses guided by breathwork as well as combining flexibility & mobility with strength in order to promote long-term health. She supports functional movement concepts throughout her formats.
