Guided Breathwork

Breathwork is the ultimate practice of self-regulating your entire being. Each intentional breath allows to experience the fullness of your current state in safety; the pain, the emotional wounding, the trauma, the insecurity, returning to the now stillness. With breathwork you bring all of yourself into the present moment with love. 


Breath rooted in a stillness is believed to be only true moment we experience safety. And its when we are safe that we finally heal the depths of our being.


This is a beautiful way to remind yourself you are safe, you CAN heal from our past, and you are strong enough let go. One style breathwork chemically signals the body to down-regulate from sympathetic (fight or flight) into parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system, find a deep sense of rest, and finally purge stuck emotions. Another style of breathwork is used to practice stimulating the body to up-regulate into an active (sympathetic ) state and learn to be with that intensity without reacting. Both states are healthy and both are needed for us to thrive. When we practice breathwork regularly we gain ability to switch from of either state by choice when needed. This helps prevent us from getting stuck in shutting down or over reacting. You may experience both great intensity and deep stillness in one breathwork session. The breath will guide you through and your facilitator will be there for your support.
