My studio is located at 401 Broadway E, Ste 101, Unit #221 in the Salon Republic suites. The easiest way to get inside is from the street level entrance on Broadway & Harrison: just dial #221 on the call box and I'll buzz you in! Once inside, take the elevator to your right up to the second floor to find Suite #221. If you're parking in the garage underneath the building and take the elevator to Floor 2, text me at (833) 400-3426. The call box at that entrance is currently broken so I'll need to come get you.
If you're driving, there is a parking garage underneath the building! The entrance to the garage is on Harrison Street between Broadway and Harvard. While the payment system was broken for a long time, they are starting to crack down on checking cars, so make sure you follow these instructions:
If you know you're going to be late for your appointment, please text me at (833) 400-3426 as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate you for the remaining time of your appointment, but sometimes we just won't have time! I may need to reschedule you and/or charge a fee for a missed appointment so please try to be on time.
Due to the nature of my appointments, I may need you to wait in the lobby while I finish up with another client. There are several big comfy chairs outside my studio as well as a bathroom (CODE: 4528*) should you need to wait! If it's my fault that our appointment is cut short, you'll never be charged or penalized, and I'll always do my best to give you the full experience when you come in, or we'll reschedule at no extra cost to you.
I ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. That being said, life happens! Please contact me directly for special circumstances.
Because my services are highly personalized and require time, expertise, and products that cannot be recovered, refunds are not typically offered once a service has been completed. If your results do not align with what was agreed upon during your consultation, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I'll gladly schedule a follow-up appointment to assess your concerns and, when appropriate, make reasonable adjustments or corrections at no additional cost.
While there are certain measures for accessibility in place at Salon Republic, the building is missing some key features that would make it completely ADA compliant. For example, there are no automatic doors on either entrance or on the bathrooms. There is, however, an elevator that can fit a wheelchair, and the doors to each space can open wide enough to accommodate most wheelchairs as well. Additionally, many of my services require the client to be in a supine position on my treatment table, so if that is not something you're able to do, this may not be the right fit. If you have special accessibility needs, please don't hesitate to reach out and I will do everything in my power to make it happen!
Yes! Happy to provide the password upon request, although most of my services either require you to have your eyes closed and/or encourage you to turn off and unplug from your device for our time together.
There is a bathroom just outside my studio doors, and the code to get in is 4528*!
While my space is rather small, I have just enough room to accommodate one guest if you're interested in bringing someone with you. Currently, I have a small foldout chair available for another person to join us in the room, and I'm looking to upgrade to something a little nicer once I've been open longer!
Long story short, the URL I was using for it expired (oops) so a select few clients didn't receive the right link. You can access the form here.
Sometimes when you hit "Add to Cart" rather than "Book Now" from my Services page, the calendar becomes unavailable. Annoying! Just reach out to me via text at (833) 400-3426 or email at [gay agenda esthetics at gmail dot com] and I'll chat with you to get your service time booked.
Hell yes you can! I built this space specifically to call out to folks who have felt underserved by traditional spa spaces, but that doesn't mean I'm only taking "gay" clients. Allies are always welcome!
