Appointments must be canceled or, rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment time via Vagaro or, calling us directly at 773-754-0803.

For appointments canceled within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments you will be charged a 100% service fee.

All appointments are subject to be moved by us with 15-30 minutes of scheduled appointment time and you will be notified via email and/or text notification.

If you should be feeling symptoms of or, have been directly exposed to Covid-19 please call us at least 4 hours prior to your appointment time without penalty.
