WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

To avoid losing your deposit we require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. By rescheduling or canceling a service before the 24 hour window your deposit will roll over to your next appointment. If a client cancels or reschedules a reservation within LESS than 24 hours before a scheduled reservation time, it will be classified as a "Short-Notice Cancellation", and deposit will be forfeited and have to be paid again to rebook.

Please call or text (614) 363-0964. You are also able to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the Vagaro app.


IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes, for all appointments a deposit is required.


WHAT'S THE BEST FACIAL TO BOOK FOR THE FIRST TIME?

We recommend booking our Signature Facial for your first facial. It includes a skin consultation and analysis which gives us a chance to discuss your skin care concerns and really be able to take a closer look at your skin. I will be able to evaluate your skin and determine if an Advanced Signature Facial would be more appropriate.
