- Appointments are by booking only so every client receives focused, unhurried care.
- Depending on the service and the timing of arrival, late appointments may require modifications. Certain relaxing elements may be reduced or removed, or the service may need to be rescheduled to preserve the quality of the experience and respect scheduled clients.
- Appointments that require rescheduling due to late arrival fall under our 48-hour cancellation policy and may be subject to applicable fees.
- A deposit is required for appointments over $50 and will be applied to your visit.
- We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Deposits may be retained for late cancellations or missed appointments.
- Any client agreements, medical history forms, or service waivers sent to you must be completed before arrival to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience.
