This service agreement is to be completed only by brides who have officially reserved their wedding date with Bloom Beauty Wedding Co. If you have not yet secured your date, please only fill out our inquiry form.
PRICING & FEES
we have a 6 service minimum per artist to reserve a date.
Brides may choose to pay the difference to reserve a date for smaller parties.
