If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid to book future appointments.

No-shows without any heads-up will be required to pay 50% of the service cost. It is important to communicate with me; I am very understanding and will gladly help you reschedule. No-shows are a serious matter for service providers, and I must protect my time.

LATE POLICY

If you’re going to be late, please reach out via text or phone call. After 15 minutes, I will have to cancel your appointment, as it affects the rest of my day.

BOOKING FOR LASHES

My books are open from 9am to 6pm. Please note that I pick up my son from school at 11am, so I do not start taking hair clients until 11:30am, Monday through Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, I can start as early as 9am.

I can start booking lash fills or full sets at 9am.

When booking lash extensions, please come with clean lashes—free of makeup, lash glue, or mascara. For fills, if you’re coming with less than 50% of your lashes, you will be charged for a full set.

BOOKING FOR HAIR

If you’re a first-time client or booking a new style, I highly recommend reaching out beforehand via text. This way, we can discuss your vision and ensure we have enough time for the full experience. I can also guide you through the booking process if needed.

When booking for hair extensions, please note that I do not have extensions on hand. For new clients, please book a consultation. For established clients, I likely know your hair well enough to easily order new hair either over text or at your next appointment.
