When you are in salon we take care of all the little things.

You walk in, Nichole & Taylor will both greet you with smiles and offer a tour of the space. Hair Identity is a salon suite so we have a community lounge area & concierge Tues-Sat. Feel free to come early or stay after to "work from home".

Then, we will help settle you in with a beverage, a 10-15 minute consultation & get to know each other a little bit before starting!

Finally, after both the stylist and you feel great about your new hair journey, our session will begin!

Our #1 priority is YOU. By this time you should feel really comfortable here.

In salon we will go over how to take care of your hair at home, make sure you love the final result & have the opportunity to talk about any changes (if any) you might like moving forward. You have 1 week to make any adjustments to your color services before our next appointment together.

We rebook your appointment to keep you on a routine or allow you to use our 24/7 online booking when you are ready!
