Haus Rules

At Halo Haus Hair Lounge, our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, exceptional experience. To ensure we stay on schedule and respect everyone's time, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service can be completed as scheduled. Depending on the stylist's availability, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. In some cases, you may forfeit your appointment.

Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours or on a stylist's scheduled day off are subject to a 20% convenience surcharge on all services. Blow Out Packages cannot be redeemed for after-hours or day-off appointments. Special appointments are available by request and based on stylist availability.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.

All service prices are starting prices and are customized based on your hair length, density, the time required, product usage, and the complexity of the service. Prices are subject to change without notice.
