Halo Haven Closing – Customer Letter

Oct 30, 2026 ·

Dear Friends and Valued Guests,

We are in a season of change and after much thought and consideration, we have decided to close Halo

Haven as a stand-alone business. Our last day of salt spa operations will be Wednesday, November 25,

2026.

This was not an easy decision. We are grateful to every one of you who came to relax, breathe easier,

and spend time with us. Your support over the past few years has meant more than we can say.

The good news is that we are not going far. Some of our services are being brought together under

Cotner Chiropractic Center, right next door, so we can keep caring for you in one place.

Gift Certificates

All Halo Haven gift certificates will be honored for salt spa services through Wednesday, November 25,

2026. If you have a gift certificate, or gave one to someone special, please book a session soon so it can

be enjoyed before we close. To schedule, call 570-772-9936. Our calendar will fill quickly in these final

weeks, so we encourage you to reserve your time early.

Memberships

Monthly memberships will end with the closing. Here is what that means for you:

• Your final membership charge will be the October billing. No charges will be made after that

date.

• Any sessions included in your membership can be used through your membership renewal date.

• You do not need to do anything to cancel. We will stop all automatic payments on our end.

• Memberships may be reinstated for continuing modalities through Cotner Chiropractic. Details

will follow.

If you have questions about your account, please call us at 570-772-9936.

What Continues Next Door

Starting on a date to be determined (related to Dr. Brandon’s surgery and recovery), Cotner Chiropractic

Center will offer Hydromassage and the Salt Booth. Dr. Brandon and his team look forward to

welcoming you, whether you are a current patient or visiting for the first time. We will keep you posted

on the date that these services will be available for your continued use.

Thank you for being part of our story. It has been a privilege to share this space with you, and we hope

to see you soon, either for one last salt session or next door.

With gratitude,

Dan and Brandon Cotner
