Kristy Troxler is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, NC license #18965, and owner of Healing Horizons Massage and Bodywork. She dedicated to promoting healing, relaxation, and whole-body wellness. She received her formal education in clinical massage therapy from the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork in Charlotte, NC, graduating in 2019. With a foundation rooted in neuromuscular therapy and structural bodywork, Kristy brings both skill and intuition to each client interaction.

Her approach is deeply informed by a belief in the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance, and she specializes in therapeutic techniques that support injury recovery, stress relief, and improved mobility. Kristy’s care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, blending clinical precision with a calming, coastal energy that reflects her connection to nature and the ocean.

Whether working with chronic pain, postural imbalances, or simply offering a relaxing and restorative experience, Kristy’s goal is to create space for healing that feels both personalized and transformative.

Kristy is a native North Carolinian, and lives here in Morehead City with her husband, 3 boys, and their dog Lola. In her free time, she enjoys baking homemade sourdough bread, learning about holistic therapies, and traveling with her family. Kristy brings with her a passion for caring for others and a readiness to help you in your therapeutic journey!
