Policies

Cancellation Policy: We require at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations/reschedules or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. You will forfeit any retainers or deposits if you do not give adequate notice, and a new retainer (if needed) will be required.

No-Show Policy: No shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. You will be required to pay a fee to reschedule and will forfeit any retainers or deposits. A new retainer (if needed) will be required.

Late Policy: A 15 minute grace period is allowed with a notice. With no notice, 10 minutes. Beyond the grace period is a no-show. If a service is still done within the grace period (at my approval and discretion), we will do what we can with the remaining time.

Reschedule Policy: Once again, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. The same or similar appointment (for example, changing a 60 minute facial to a 90 minute facial) may only be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, online booking privileges will be revoked, and a non-refundable payment of at least 50% but up to 100% of the service total will be required to book future appointments. Retainers due to excessive rescheduling are non-transferable.

Appointments that require a retainer may transfer that retainer only once (except retainers for excessive reschedules). A second reschedule will require a new retainer. Excessive or repeated rescheduling is considered a violation of our policies and may result in removal of online booking access and the requirement of a retainer for all future bookings.

Cards on File: A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment at Her Studio. Your card will not be charged unless a retainer is required, or in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a no-show. If a retainer or fee cannot be processed due to an invalid card, booking privileges will be immediately suspended until the balance is paid. Online booking privileges may remain revoked even after payment is made. In such cases, future appointments may require a retainer of up to 100% of the service total to secure the booking.

Please be sure you intend on following through with all services reserved. Skipping or declining any service on the day of your appointment is considered a same-day cancellation, and the 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that arriving late and not allowing adequate time to complete the services you reserved is not a valid reason to cancel or skip.

Clients are solely responsible for communicating with Her Studio regarding lateness or attendance. If a client exceeds the grace period, the appointment will be assumed abandoned, and no-show fees will be promptly charged. Those who are consistently late or do not follow Her Studios policies may be turned away and/or refused future services.

Return + Refund Policy:

If any issues arises within 48 hours of your service, please reach out to Amy Her/Her Studio. No monetary refunds will be given.

Retail products that are unopened and undamaged may be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase for a 90% refund. Opened or used products are eligible for a 40% refund if returned within 21 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are to original method of payment.
