Please use the City Public Parking Lot on 1st Avenue North in the 1200 block while our downtown is under construction. Take14th Street to 1st Avenue North and proceed 1 ½ block to the City Parking lot located on your right. You will see “Dress Up” in large white letters on the back entrance window. Hue-nique Color Studio is just inside Dress Up on the right.
