Lash Aftercare Guide FAQs

Q1: Can I get my lashes wet after the appointment?

Please avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 6 hours. This ensures the adhesive fully cures.

Q2: How do I clean my lashes?

Use an oil-free lash cleanser with a soft brush once daily. Gently rinse and pat dry with a lint-free towel.

Q3: Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, but avoid oil-based products, especially eyeliner and mascara. Use water-based or lash-safe products.

Q4: How can I make my extensions last longer?
  1. Sleep on your back if possible.
  2. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or playing with your lashes.
  3. Schedule refills every 2–3 weeks.
Q5: Is shedding normal?

Yes. Natural lash shedding occurs daily. You may lose 2–5 extensions per day as your natural lashes cycle.

Q6: Can I use a lash curler?

No. Lash curlers can damage both your natural and extended lashes. Your lashes are already curled!

Q7: What if I have an allergic reaction?

Please contact us immediately if you notice redness, itching, or swelling. We offer a complimentary removal and can advise on next steps.

Q8: When should I book a refill?

Most clients return every 2–3 weeks. If over 50% of lashes are gone, a full set may be required.
