This is the most common type of massage. Swedish Massage involves a variety of long, kneading strokes on the outer layer of muscles to help reduce stress and tension. You can expect to feel relaxed and energized after a Swedish Massage. Swedish Massages are held in our private massage room.

Mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, Deep Tissue Massage involves applying sustained pressure to the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This modality helps relieve muscle tension and can break up painful scar tissue that forms after injures. Deep Tissue Massages are held in our private massage room.

Perfect for before or after therapy sessions, Stretching Massages involve stretching with incorporated massage techniques. These types of massages are held in a semi-private massage area where clothes can be left on during your massage.
