What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship program allows students to prepare for licensure through hands-on training and mentorship in a salon environment. Students work under a licensed beauty instructor (Caesy Smith @caesy.jadeco) and receive one-on-one training The program will start with the student observing their instructor and gradually work into practicing various techniques on real clients.
After completing this six-week program and passing your Utah state board testing, you will be licensed lash & brow technician. This apprenticeship program offers full certification training in classic, volume, and hybrid lash extensions, lash lift and brow lamination, as well as a barbicide training. We will go over starting and growing your business, eyelash anatomy & growth, reactions & sensitivities, contraindications, proper hygiene & safety, product usage & storage, necessary tools, preparation before appointments, client consultation, patch testing, and proper procedures for all lash services, as well brow lamination and tinting—NOT WAXING.
Apprentice will receive additional training for social media, retention, and pricing mentorship.
