Do you take walk-ins?

We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee your spot, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins if our schedule allows.

What services do you offer?

We provide a full range of services including haircuts, color, highlights, blonding, extensions, blowouts, styling, and treatments. 

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the service and stylist. We offer a range of options to fit your needs and budget. You can view our price list online or schedule a consultation for an exact quote.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the spot to another guest. If you fail to let us know 24 prior you will be charged 50% of your service cost.

What hair products do you use ?

We use salon-quality products from Milkshake that keep your hair healthy and beautiful. Our stylists are happy to recommend the best products for your specific hair type and goals.

Do you offer consultations before color?

Yes! We always recommend a consultation before big changes like color transformations or extensions. This helps us understand your vision and customize the perfect plan for you.

How often should I come in for a trim, color refresh, or maintenance?

It depends on your style! For trims, we suggest every 6–8 weeks. For color, every 6–10 weeks is ideal to keep your look fresh. Extensions may need maintenance every 6–8 weeks. Everybodys hair is different so what works for someone else may not work for you and that is okay!

Can I bring my own hair color or extensions for you to use?

We use only professional products and extensions we trust to give you the best results. This ensures your color turns out as planned, your extensions blend seamlessly, and your hair stays healthy. While we understand the idea of bringing your own, we can’t guarantee the same quality or results without our salon-grade products.
