Welcome to KaJe Nail Lab


At KaJe Nail Lab, we are committed to providing a luxury, relaxing, and professional experience while maintaining the highest standards of nail care, cleanliness, and customer service. To ensure the best experience for both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that all guests review our salon policies before booking.


Appointment Etiquette


  1. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  2. We offer a 9-minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 9 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service depending on schedule availability.
  3. Repeated late arrivals may require a deposit for future bookings.
  4. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late.


Booking & Deposits


  1. Certain services and longer appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
  2. Deposits will go toward your total service balance.
  3. Last-minute cancellations, repeated reschedules, or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or a required deposit for future appointments.


No-Show & Cancellation Policy


  1. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  2. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee and future appointments requiring prepayment.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings after repeated no-shows or disrespectful behavior.


Service Warranty


  1. We proudly offer a 7-day service warranty on qualifying nail services.
  2. If lifting, chipping, or breakage occurs within 7 days due to application issues, we will gladly fix the affected nail(s).
  3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, biting, picking, excessive force, or work/lifestyle-related wear.


Fill Maintenance & Enhancement Policy


To maintain nail health, structure, and the highest quality results, acrylic fills, builder gel fills, and Gel-X extension fills are recommended for maintenance only up to 3 fill appointments.


After 3 fills, the set is considered aged and may lose structural integrity, balance, and retention quality. At this stage, a fresh new set may be required to maintain proper appearance, durability, and nail health.


Because of this, sets filled more than 3 times will no longer qualify for complimentary fixes, repairs, or warranty services for any reason.


Respectful Environment Policy


KaJe Nail Lab is dedicated to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. We kindly ask all clients to communicate respectfully with our staff and other guests. Harassment, aggressive behavior, excessive rudeness, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.


We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who makes our team or salon environment uncomfortable.


Children & Guests


For safety and relaxation purposes, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless previously approved.
