Appointments

1. Appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
2. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total at checkout.
3. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 72 hours (3 days) notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a fee.

Services

Payments

1. Payments are accepted via cash, credit, or debit card.
2. All payments for services are final. No refunds are issued for completed services.

Right to Refuse Service

1. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client violates salon policies, arrives late beyond the grace period, or behaves inappropriately.
