Cancellation Policy

You must cancel at 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours, you card on file will be charged for the appointment. Rescheduling for a different day is the same thing as cancelling. However, you may schedule for a different time in the same day (either earlier or later the same day that timing is allowed.) If you do cancel your appointment, please call or text to make sure it was cancelled. Without confirmation, KayB Waxing will be prepared to service you without knowing your appointment has been cancelled.

Running Late

If you are running late please call ahead of time, notifying me of lateness if not then I will assume you are no-show. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind there is a $10 late fee that will be added on top of your service, I cannot guarantee completing full service, especially if fully booked that day, or have a guest right after you. Communication is key! 

Card on File

Every guest must have a card on file. Your card on file will not be charged except for the reasons stated above. Having a card on file is for security purposes only and guarantees your appointment slot. If i cannot charge the card on file, you will be blocked from rebooking until unpaid balance is paid.

NO CARD, NO APPOINTMENT.
