Hi There! I'm Kelsie, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Barre Instructor, and mom of three. I'm passionate about helping busy women and moms feel empowered in their bodies by combining the balance and mobility of barre with progressive strength training.
A few high risk pregnancies and postpartum injuries left me in need of low impact exercise options. Barre and Pilates helped me regain my core control, allowing me to strength train once again. My mission is to deliver progressive strength training through barre and pilates style workouts for women who want both!
When I'm not training, you'll find me chasing our three young children (and chickens), baking sourdough and sweets, and rearranging all the rooms in our house. Oh, and laundry. I'm always doing laundry.
