FAQ

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?

Yes. All clients must complete either a Virtual Discovery Call or an In-Clinic Scalp Analysis & Consultation before receiving treatments. This ensures safety, accuracy, and personalized care.

Is this a medical service?

No. KettWell Hair Clinic provides non-medical trichology services focused on scalp health, education, and hair-supportive care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Do you offer PRP or injections?

No. We do not perform PRP, injections, or medical procedures. All services are non-invasive and within trichology scope.

How long before I see results?

Most clients notice changes in scalp comfort, flaking, or shedding within 4–6 weeks. Hair density and growth support typically require 8–12 weeks of consistent care.

Are treatments safe for sensitive or inflamed scalps?

Yes. Protocols are adjusted based on scalp condition. Active flares, open skin, or irritation are always respected, and certain tools may be deferred for safety.

Do I need to buy products to get results?

Home care is strongly recommended for optimal outcomes. We provide dermatology-supported and trichology-approved product guidance, but there is no obligation to purchase in-clinic.

Can I book just one session?

Yes, but most concerns respond best to program-based care. Single sessions are supportive; programs provide lasting results.

Is hair loss guaranteed to stop or reverse?

No results are guaranteed. Our role is to support scalp health and create an optimal environment for hair function, not to promise regrowth.

Do you work with dermatologists or other providers?

Yes. We welcome collaborative care and referrals when appropriate.

Can I wear my hair system or protective style during treatment?

Certain styles may need to be adjusted. This will be discussed during your consultation.
