Late arrivals
Please call if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. I will do everything I can to still service you, however if you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for my next client.
If so we will need to reschedule your
appointment it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.
Walk ins
Unfortunately only I only accept walkins if I have the availability. If you want a same day appointment, please book online or add your name to the waitlist incase I have a change in my schedule.
Preparing for your appointment
Please come with previous style already removed. For loose hair, it must be detangled, meaning if you have been wearing double twists or braids, once removed, you must comb through the hair to keep your appointment timely. If you would rather have me remove your style or detangle your hair, select Style Take Down as an Add-On when booking your appointment. There is an additional take out fee for this service.
In the event a style is still in, because that service was not scheduled, I will decide at the beginning of your service if you may need to reschedule due to timing conflict.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I'm always here to support you on your journey. Unexpected changes happen, and I want to ensure that our commitment to exceptional service remains unwavering.
To continue serving all of our valued customers with care, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
This allows us to quickly fill the reserved slot and minimize any potential income loss, while also accommodating the needs of others. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved services, as I strive to maintain fairness and equity for all. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated. I are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience!
Photos/ Videos
During your appointment. These photos / videos will be used for marketing purposes on social media + marketing. I reserve the right to publish, post and promote photos taken of my work. If you wish not to have your photo published, posted or promoted please let me know.
