New Client?:
If you are a new client or you haven't seen
Kye in 2023 or 2024 please select one of the
New Client Services as your first service. No
other service will be provided before the
New Client Service. Any other service
booked will be denied.
For all New Client Services Kye will cut or trim at her discretion. Our goal is to help you achieve your healthiest hair. If you’re not ready to go all in and let go of all dead ends please refrain from booking, as it may lead to wasted time and money. Before booking be prepared to commit to whatever it takes to reach your maximum hair goals whether it be a cut or trim.
Deposits:
Until further notice there will no longer be deposits.
If you book an appointment and "no show" the full price for the missed appointment must be paid in full before you can reschedule a new one.
Additional Fees:
Due to limited hours available, all Sunday appointments currently have no additional fee added to them. Once returned, price will be posted & emailed.
All Holiday Appointments have an additional
$50 fee added to them.
After Hour Appointment have an additional $30 fee added to them.
*After Hour Appointments are appointment booked for 7pm or later*
Children:
Our salon is Child friendly. We will service your child up to age 16 and beyond as long as they can sit through the service.
How to Book:
When booking, please select only one service/package per appointment booking.
If you would like to include additional services, you may write them in the additional notes
for your appointment and we will add them manually on our end.
For example, if you wish to have a Full Permanent Colour and a Restorative Reset, you
would book the Full Permanent Colour service and then add "Add Restorative Reset" in
your appointment notes.
Rescheduling:
We understand that things happen, you may only be able to reschedule your
appointment once within a 30 day period. If you have to cancel rescheduled
appointment you must pay the full price for the missed appointment before you can
reschedule a new one.
For example, If you book an appointment and something happens where you're
unable to make your appointment, you'll need to send us an email up to 5 hours before
your appointment time and we will reschedule your appointment with no penalty.
If you then have to also cancel your rescheduled appointment you'll have to pay the full
price for the missed appointment before you can reschedule a new one.

Late, No Show & Cancellation Policies:
Late:
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes
late and we are unable to provide you a
service due to timing, your appointment
will be forfeited and considered a "no show."
' In such cases, the full price for
the missed appointment must be paid in full
before you can reschedule a new one. If
there is availability to accommodate the
service after the designated
appointment time, a $30 late fee will be
added to the final balance.
Please do not email when late unless you will be more than 15 minutes late. We will respond and let you know if we can accommodate your service.
No Show:
If you do not show up to your appointment, the full price for
the missed appointment must be paid in full
before you can reschedule a new one.
Cancellation:
You have the flexibility to reschedule your
appointments up to 12 hours in advance
through Vagaro. Alternatively, you can make changes via email up to 5 hours before the appointment without incurring any charges.
If, however, you exceed these designated
grace periods, the full price for the
appointment must be paid before you can
book a new one.

When you arrive, you will go up the stairs nearest to the pharmacy. To the left of the pharmacy is the door 3174. Once you enter proceed upstairs and enter the hallway. You can find us in unit 204 before you get to the end of the hall.
