Appointment Cancellation Policy
To maintain fairness for all guests, we require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service value. "No call/no show" instances or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late arrivals will lead to a reduced treatment time, and appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes, with full charges applied.
