1. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee
2. appointments cancelled outside of the 24-hour notice or no-showed will result in the service being deducted from your monthly membership

1. a 30-day in-person signed notice is required to cancel a membership. Note: all membership benefits remain active during the notice period.
2. No partial refunds are issued for unsaved services

You can also choose to freeze your membership instead of cancelling!

1. memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 30 days & a maximum of 90 days once per calendar year
2. frozen memberships automatically resume monthly billing on the selected restart date
