Cancellation Policy for Massage/Coaching Services (24-Hour Notice)

To ensure fairness for all clients and efficient use of our time, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged. You may reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment:

You will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

This fee helps to cover lost time and potential income.


No-shows:

You will be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.

No-shows prevent other clients from booking the time slot.


Exceptions:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the case of [e.g., illness, family emergency], we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please provide documentation (if applicable) and contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling:

We encourage you to reschedule your appointment if needed, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
