BEFORE YOUR VISIT

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND APPOINTMENT POLICY?

A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the scheduled service price and a valid card on file are required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed without both.


Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. When at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be applied to a rescheduled appointment.


Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.


Le Spa Nouvelle Peau does not issue monetary refunds for services or deposits. Failure to receive reminder texts or emails does not waive cancellation policies. Clients are responsible for tracking their scheduled appointments.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

To ensure a calm and seamless experience, clients are expected to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, please take the elevator to the third floor and relax in the lobby seating. You will be personally welcomed and escorted into the studio at the start of your appointment.


All intake and consent forms must be completed prior to arrival so your full appointment time can be dedicated to your treatment. For optimal results, clients are encouraged to arrive with a clean, makeup-free complexion when possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled start time and conclude at the scheduled end time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining portion of their scheduled appointment to avoid disruption of subsequent bookings. The full service fee still applies.


Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be subject to the cancellation policy. Traffic, parking delays, or other personal scheduling issues do not alter or waive these policies.

HOW ARE TREATMENTS CUSTOMIZED AND WHO ARE THEY FOR?

Every treatment is tailored in real time, taking into account your skin’s condition, concerns, and how it presents that day. No two treatments are the same.


Treatments are suitable for a wide range of skin types and concerns, including acne, sensitivity, dehydration, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE?

For the comfort, privacy, and relaxation of all clients, only individuals receiving services are permitted in the treatment space unless otherwise arranged in advance.


All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, are accepted. Metered parking is available nearby for your convenience.
