Appointments must be cancelled 24+ hours in advance of scheduled appointment. Failure to call or reschedule within this time will incur 100% of the total service fee and you will be required to make a $50 deposit before scheduling any future appointments. First time visitors must place card on file for billing purposes prior to booking. We do not allow late cancellations online. You MUST call our spa coordinator 502-531-1030 to advise of any changes to your appointment. 

Injectable Clients will incur a flat $50 no show fee. There will be NO exceptions to this policy and we appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as we will respect your time as well.
