Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you are late, we reserve the right to cut your service time and you will be charged for the full service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service, you will be charged 100% for the scheduled service.
