Clients are required to notify us of any schedule conflicts at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of the full-service amount. Additionally, clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be billed the full-service fee.
