Policies
I will not fill over a nail techs work. If you are new with nails still intact, a soak off needs to be booked. If no soak off is booked and the appointment needs to be cancelled/rescheduled, your deposit will be forfeited.
Fills
Those who do not show up to their appointment will have their deposit forfeited.
No Shows
All cancellations/reschedule requests must take place 24 hours before your appointment. If not, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations
If you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment as well as deposit will be forfeited.
Tardiness
If you need to come in before or after my scheduled hours, I can offer you an appointment with an extra $75 fee.
