Charmaine Benjamin is a licensed massage therapist, certified childbirth educator, and certified birth doula with a heart for nurturing women through every stage of their reproductive journey. With a background rooted in holistic care and hands-on experience as a mother herself, Charmaine specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and beyond.


Her massage therapy practice focuses on clinical and prenatal bodywork, offering relief from physical discomfort while promoting emotional well-being. As a doula, Charmaine provides compassionate, non-judgmental support —empowering families with evidence-based information, physical comfort techniques, and emotional guidance throughout labor and delivery.

Driven by her deep respect for the strength and wisdom of women’s bodies, Charmaine blends skill with intuition to create a safe, grounded space for healing, connection, and transformation.


When Charmaine isn't working, you can find her prioritizing her self-care by getting stronger at the gym, keeping up with her monthly bodywork sessions, and cooking for her family. Charmaine has had personal experience with both a cesarean birth and unmedicated vaginal birth and has supported dozens of families achieve their desired birthing preferences through her work as a Doula and Birth Coach.
